St. Louis, MO - We're looking for a hands-on, change agent manager who is willing to roll-up their sleeves to drive and implement operational processes in the key areas of business. Ideal candidates will have an electrical or mechanical background and have managed a team of service
technicians and project managers. This person will also have experience within facilities management and/or a construction based industry.
Qualifications:
- Electrical/Mechanical degree; equivalent experience will be considered (10+ years supervisory position in maintenance trades with 5+ years field experience)
- Experience as a facility manager
- Knowledge/experience with implementing/managing ERP systems
- Six Sigma or PMP Certification a plus
- Active electrical or mechanical journeyman’s license preferred, but not necessary
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
