St. Louis, MO (or near large airport in the U.S.) - Qualified candidates must have construction experience and understand how commercial buildings are put together. It's a plus if you're proficient with AutoCAD, REVIT or similar CAD design tool. Daily duties will include gathering dimensions, taking photos, gather information regarding existing structure and MEP, communicating with client or building manager, drawing sketches and potentially producing construction documents.
Must be willing to travel 40-60% of the time. You will be paid for travel time while flying and you'll be able to keep your travel rewards. This is a full-time position / direct position, 50-60 hours a week with full benefits package being offered. Anything over 40 hours will be paid at overtime rate (1.5) AND you will keep all travel perks...airline miles, hotel points, car rental points, etc.
Relocation is not necessary provided that qualified candidate(s) live within an hour or two of a major airport here in the United States.
