Administrative Assistant

Expanding firm in Maryland Heights, MO is looking for a skilled administrative professional with 1-2+ years of experience to support their sales, warehouse, and office areas.  Daily tasks will include answering phones, communicating with customers, coordinating order entry, filing, data entry, email correspondence, gathering documents/reports from staff members.  

Qualified candidates must know how to use Microsoft Office products...primarily Word and Excel.  Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred.

Hours for this position:

8:30-5:00 Monday - Friday

Salary Range

$30,000-$35,000 (Based on amount of experience, education and training)
