We are currently seeking an engineer to join our team. The preferred candidate will have two or more years of direct automation experience with HMI, SCADA, PLC s, DCS, or process control system design. The position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied in design, development, and programming of diverse systems. Ability to execute solutions is essential. Consulting background is a plus.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other engineers and managers within a team on projects
Define and document business and project requirements
Develop and program PLCs and Graphical User Interfaces for process control operations
Program Robots in manufacturing and industrial environments
Engineering, design and creation of schematics of control panels
Ability to travel up to 40% to client facilities for on-site startup and support of systems

Experience with all or some of the following is a plus:

Allen-Bradley ControlLogix,
CompactLogix, PLC5 and SLC500 PLCs
PanelView, RSView32,
Intellution iFix,
Wonderware and Iconics HMI’s
Adept Robots
AutoCAD
Visual Basic.Net Development
SQL Server
